Job summary

smiles.ai is seeking a sales professional to drive B2B sales to dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and institutional customers. The role requires 3–6 years of B2B sales experience and a track record in dental equipment or healthcare tech.

You will lead lead gen, demonstrations, negotiations and close deals across Bangalore. The position involves extensive travel for customer meetings and product demos, with responsibilities spanning pipeline management, proposals, installations and after-sales

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in related sectors.
• Experience in dental equipment, medical devices, healthcare tech or capital equipment sales.
• Established relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals or distributors preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing deals.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and demos.
• Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline.
• Identify and approach dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical and commercial benefits of the scanner.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Coordinate installations, onboarding, training and after-sales handover.
• Develop referral and channel partnerships.
• Track leads, demonstrations, quotations, conversions and collections in CRM.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams on events and lead-gen campaigns.

• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and demonstrations.
• Location: Bangalore, with responsibility for assigned markets.
