Dezy (Smiles.ai) – Dental, made easy. is seeking a sales professional to drive B2B sales to dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and institutional customers in Bangalore. You will build and manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in dental equipment, medical devices, healthcare technology or capital equipment sales.
• Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals and distributors would be preferred.
• Strong capability in lead generation, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline.
• Identify and approach dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical and commercial benefits of the scanner.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close sales.
• Coordinate installations, onboarding, training and after-sales handover.
• Develop referral and channel partnerships.
• Track leads, demonstrations, quotations, conversions and collections through the CRM.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
• Work with clinical and marketing teams to execute events, workshops and lead-generation campaigns.
