Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of more than 50 technical professionals across India.

Training and Development –

Technical Support –

Provide technical support to both the clinical and radiological teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered during equipment installation or operation.

Field Work

Visit customer sites to oversee and assist with equipment installation and troubleshooting whenever required in an exceptional scenario.

Technical Expertise –

Develop a deep understanding of all the dental medical equipment's with their technical specifications and functionality.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology to maintain industry - leading knowledge.

Experience Required –

Mini 2 years in medical equipment field, preferably with a background in dental medical equipment.

Technical Skills –

Strong understanding of dental medical equipment and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Communication –

Excellent communication and drafting skills.

Field Readiness –

Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
