• Monitor collections, payment follow-ups and PDC/LC docs.
• Prepare MIS and invoicing forecasts.
• Coordinate end-to-end project coordination, including technical docs and third-party agencies.

Role Overview:We are looking for an Order Management / Sales Coordinator professional to manage the complete order lifecycle, from order acceptance to invoicing and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, sales orders, contracts, pricing, invoicing and order closure.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, plant, QC, supply chain and finance teams.
• Handle dispatch planning, logistics, shipping documentation and material movement.
• Manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, PDC/LC documentation and collections.
• Monitor production progress, prepare MIS and invoicing forecasts.
• Execute purchase contracts and manage end-to-end project coordination, including technical documentation, third-party agencies, inspections and customer approval

Candidates from Manufucturing industry will be preferred.
