Responsibilities

• Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of quotations and orders.
• Checking the PO, DV and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Tracking demo units and updating the sales team on demo equipment.
• Managing daily attendances of the sales team.
• Coordinating for reverse pickup of units with the sales team, pickup team, and warehouses.
• Coordinating and documenting invoicing and related paperwork with concerned departments.
• Supervising order processing with the coordination team to agree delivery dates with logistics.

• Sales coordinators team contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of Quotations /order.
• Checking the PO, DV and ensure timely Invoicing
• Tracking the Demo units, taking the update of the demo Equipment from the Sales Team.
• Managing daily attendances of the Sales Team.
• Coordinating for the Reverse Pick up of the units with the Sales team, Pick-up Team, and Warehouses
• Coordinating and documentation (Invoicing etc) with the concerned departments
• When orders are processed, need to supervise with the Coordination team agreeing on delivery dates with the logistics team
