Responsibilities

• Order Processing – coordinate orders from Trade and ensure delivery.

• Accounts Receivable Management – maintain open invoices and follow up with trade.
• Customer Claim Management – verify deductions and submit claims to finance.
• Support KAM & Sales team with data requests.

Any Graduate with 3+ years’ experience in Amazon /Blinkit, E Commerce Trade Handling: Hands‑on experience in Amazon or similar E Commerce trade operations is required having knowledge of backend process followed by MT

Job Purpose:

To support E- Commerce Function by performing backend function by coordinating with various Internal Departments & Trade

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing - Need to process orders received from Trade & ensure material is delivered to them.
• Logistics and Dispatch Coordination: - Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches from the factory and manage transporter arrangements for delivery. Keep track of dispatches
• Account Receivable Management- Maintain detailed records of open invoices and deductions. Follow-up with trade to get discrepancy resolved.
• Customer Claim Management- Need to ensure deduction done by trade is genuine & as per terms. Preparing & submitting claim to finance against the claim provision in system.
• Support KAM & Sales team by providing different data & details required from time to time by them or by trade.

Additional Responsibilities

• Managing various data like dispatch register for assigned trade, claim receipts from trade etc.
• Prepare Goods Return & rate difference claims in SAP
• Work on receivable files, manage finance-related communications, and share details about incentives and in transit items regularly.
• Follow-up for Secondary Sales records with trade
• Follow-up with distributors for dispatches of indirect orders.
