Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience with AR management and collections is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Receivables for bulk business and coordinate with customers for payments.
• Coordinate between Sales and internal support functions to deliver results.
• Prepare and submit sales and payment collection reports on time.
• Handle credit limit management, account reconciliation, and invoice uploads in portals.
• Assist with customer code creation, pricing, and contract updates as needed.

Position : Sales Coordination

Location : Chennai

Contract : 1 year contract (extendable) on 3rd party payroll.

Position Description-

Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the management of Account Receivables, Coordination with customer for Payment collections, Coordination between Sales and internal support functions, Report generation and tracking of Sales reports & collections.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In this role you will manage the Account Receivables for Bulk business and coordinate with all customers for payment collections.
• Further, you will coordinate with all internal support functions like Deliver, Planning, Finance, Projects and Sales team to deliver the desired results.
• Additionally, you will prepare and submit sales and payment collection reports on a timely basis as and when required.
• Moreover, you are in charge for activities related to credit limit management, account reconciliation, UCR clearance, payment adjustment ASN activity, invoice uploading in customer portal and old payment dispute resolution.
• Supporting sales team with timely action on customer code creation, price/credit limit/CMT updates, invoice generation/monthly rental invoice tracking/Price extension/Tenders/holding quantity update/Proforma Invoice/new P.O update/customer name change/contract expiry update/customer P.O balance quantity etc. is a part of your responsibility.

Qualification & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year' experience in sales or sales coordination in gas /chemical or any industrial products sales industry. Master's degree in business administration will be an added advantage.

• Reasonably good communications skills to manage communications with Stakeholders within the Organization like Sales, Deliver, Planning, Finance and Collection team.
