Job summary

UCAM in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator with 2–3 years of experience and a mechanical background to support sales engineers, manage orders, and coordinate payment collections. The role involves presenting to clients, engaging in techno-commercial discussions, and ensuring accurate documentation for order processing.

The incumbent will handle MIS reporting, data preparation, and customer inquiries while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with LC/BG requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical field or related area.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role.
• Exposure to manufacturing industry is preferred.

Job Description / Responsibilities

General Purpose: UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers, reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the collection of payments and statutory documents.
