You will work toward monthly sales targets, follow up on leads, and provide quality service to create loyal customers and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and retaining happy customers through quality service.
• Providing consultation services to potential clients on visa options and assessing candidate suitability.
• Handling consultations via email, telephone, chats, and Interakt.
• Presenting and marketing holiday packages and tourist visa services to prospective and existing clients.
• Preparing action plans to achieve monthly sales targets and projecting contact goals.
• Following up on new leads, generating referrals, and actively identifying sales prospects.
• Conducting regular follow-ups on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring the sales process to avoid client escalations
