• Manage the complete sales closure journey from qualified customer interaction to booking.
• Handle inbound and qualified leads and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct effective project presentations and site/project discussions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer buying intent and identify opportunities for conversion.
• Handle negotiations, objections, and commercial discussions effectively.
• Drive customers towards successful booking and sales closure.
• Handle HNI/UHNI and high-value customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and closure objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
• Maintain strong post-sales engagement until the closure process is completed.
