Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic sales professional to manage the complete sales closure journey from initial contact to booking.

You will handle inbound leads, conduct project presentations, and build lasting relationships with customers to drive conversions. You will negotiate terms, manage high-value accounts, maintain the sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed targets while coordinating with internal teams for a smooth buying experience and post-sales

Qualifications

• Must manage the complete sales closure journey from qualified customer interaction to booking.
• Should handle inbound and qualified leads and understand customer requirements.
• Must conduct effective project presentations and site/project discussions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer buying intent and identify opportunities for conversion.
• Handle negotiations, objections, and commercial discussions effectively.
