Job summary

Nuwave Music, a 18+ year old artist development company, is seeking a remote sales closer. You will handle inbound calls, discover goals, and guide prospects toward the right Nuwave program. You’ll build trust, explain outcomes, and manage objections to close deals with international clients.

Must have 2+ years in high-ticket B2C sales, strong CRM discipline, and fluency in Punjabi and English. Remote work supports US, Canada and Australia markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Punjabi is mandatory.

• Ability to conduct sales conversations via phone and video calls.
• Strong negotiation and sales psychology skills.

₹25–30K Fixed + Performance Incentives | Fully Remote | 10 AM–7 PM | Inbound Leads

We're looking for a salesperson — NOT just a caller.

Nuwave Music helps aspiring artists turn their musical dreams into professional releases.

With 18+ years of experience, the company helps artists go from having an idea and ambition to releasing their debut professional song — covering areas such as songwriting, vocal training, composition, production and marketing.

• Your job is to understand where they are today, what they want to achieve, what's holding them back and which Nuwave program is genuinely right for them — then guide them toward a decision.
• You'll speak with inbound prospects, understand their goals, explain the right program, handle objections, follow up consistently and convert qualified prospects into customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from prospects
• Conduct discovery calls and understand the prospect’s musical goals, background and aspirations
• Build trust through consultative and professional conversations
• Understand whether the prospect is a fit for the relevant Nuwave program
• Explain the program, process, outcomes and value clearly
• Handle objections around price, timing and decision-making
• Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't yet made a decision
• Manage leads and sales activity accurately

Follow-up is a major part of this role.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience as a sales closer
• Experience in high-ticket B2C sales

Experience in the music, creator, coaching or education industry is a plus — but strong closing ability is more important.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹30,000/month Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
