Job summary

Blue Ocean Academy is seeking a dynamic telesales professional to drive outbound calls, promote courses, and convert leads into enrollments. You will follow up on marketing-generated leads, achieve monthly targets, and build strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in telesales or inside sales, a relevant degree, excellent English, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, with a focus on customer service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Candidates from Training Industry background are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Research and understand the training needs of potential clients to tailor the sales approach effectively.
• Identify and suggest new opportunities for enhancing course offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
