The position focuses on greeting customers, explaining products and services, and ensuring on-time delivery and feedback collection, within a guided retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and assist throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits with customers.
• Explain services, building trust and loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale.
• Ensure product delivery to customers on time.
• Receive feedback from customers on services and products.
• Perform daily quick counts and inventory replenishment.
• Receive bulk shipments, perform physical counts and update the system.
• Highlight inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales.
• Follow VM guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Update SOPs daily.

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from the app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
