Job summary

Lenskart in North Tripura District is seeking a front-line store associate to greet customers and assist them through the shopping journey. You will share product features, answer queries, and ensure on-time delivery and post-sale feedback collection.

Additionally, you will manage daily inventory, perform bulk receipts, replenish displays, and follow VM guidelines to keep the store clean and compliant with SOPs while reconciling cash and card sales.

Qualifications

• Check damaged inventory and keep in designated area.
• Ensure daily handover and receiving products from VRX via HOP app.
• Highlight inventory mismatches to Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Update SOPs daily.
• Reconcile daily cash & card sales.
