Job summary

Lenskart stores in Gujarat seek a proactive Store Associate to welcome customers, assist through the shopping journey, explain product features, and build trust for loyalty. You will handle daily inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate cash and card transactions.

The role focuses on store hygiene, following SOPs, and timely delivery of products to customers. Candidates should be customer-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills; prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with customers
• Explaining services, building trust & loyalty
• Resolving customers queries pre & post sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product
• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment, physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory/damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch/discrepancy to the Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale.
