Job summary

Lenskart in Panaji, Goa seeks a customer-focused store associate to assist customers throughout the shopping journey, share product features, and resolve queries to build trust.

You will also handle daily inventory counts, manage shipments, replenish displays, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain store cleanliness following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers and assist them throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits with customers.
• Explain services to build trust and resolve queries pre- and post-sale.
• Ensure on-time product delivery to customers.
• Receive feedback from customers on services and products.
• Daily quick count of all PIDs and manage bulk shipments.
• Replenish displays and record receipts in the system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and update SOPs daily, following VM guidelines.
• Highlight inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventorydamage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatchdiscrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
