Solve Axis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. via Solve LegalX is hiring Sales Associates for its in-house sales team in Kolkata. Join a growing online legal and compliance services company serving clients across India.

Role involves outbound telecalling, handling leads, achieving daily to monthly targets, and working from office with competitive fixed pay ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month plus incentives. Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
• Candidates from Banking, Finance, and BPO industries are preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls and connect with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our legal & compliance services.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead, call and follow-up records in CRM.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team targets.

We are looking for confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our in-house sales team.

Position: Sales Associate

• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Fixed + Attractive Incentives
• Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
