Job summary

Penster.ai in Hyderabad is seeking a Sales Associate to drive the outreach pipeline, identify clinics, run demos of FeedGen, AdGen, and WebGen, and close new subscriptions. You will manage renewals and build lasting relationships with clinic owners while tracking metrics and pipeline health.

This ground-floor sales role offers the chance to shape the GTM strategy as the company scales from early adopters to 1,000+ clinics across India.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or tech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus.
