Job summary

Lenskart is seeking store staff in India to enhance customer experiences and manage daily store operations. You will greet customers, assist throughout their shopping journey, explain product features, and build trust to drive post-sale satisfaction.

You will also handle inventory checks, shipments, shelf replenishment, and cash/card reconciliation. Responsibilities include ensuring timely product delivery to customers, receiving feedback, maintaining VM guidelines, cleanliness, updating SOPs,

• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product
• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
