Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Home Loans and LAP sales in Delhi/NCR. You will lead a field-based team, build channel partnerships, and strategically expand business through DSAs and connectors.

Strong leadership, communication, and housing finance knowledge are essential. The role requires hands-on field activity, end-to-end sales management, and a track record of hitting targets in NBFC housing finance.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in NBFC housing finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through leadership and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance.
• Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
• Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation.
• Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement.
