Job summary

Accurex Biomedical in Ludhiana is seeking a Sales Application Specialist to drive product sales and provide application support for diagnostic and laboratory equipment. You will lead product demonstrations, customer training, and both pre- and post-sales assistance at client sites.

The role focuses on promoting products, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring smooth installations and ongoing training to customers and sales teams in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or DMLT is required.
• 3–5 years of sales/application support experience.
• Experience in diagnostic and laboratory equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory/HQ.
• Promote company products, generate orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, installations, and application support at customer sites.
• Train customers, laboratory staff, and sales teams on product usage and workflows.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support and coordinate with the service team for technical issues.
• Maintain customer and distributor lists, ensure adequate product inventory, and support timely payment collection.
