Job summary

Byepo Technologies is seeking a Sales & Training Manager to lead and scale our field sales team in Chennai. You will drive customer conversions, manage field sales executives, and implement structured training programs to improve performance and follow-up effectiveness.

The role requires travel, strong leadership and the ability to coach sales staff across territories. Healthcare/health-tech exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in field/direct sales or on-ground customer acquisition.
• 2+ years leading a large field sales team across territories.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Understanding of field sales operations, territory planning and conversions.
• Ability to hire, train, coach and motivate field sales staff.
