Job summary

OWN Garage is building a network of car wash and car spa service centres across corporate buildings and residential communities in India. Our SPOKE Centres bring professional car care services closer to customers, offering car washing, interior cleaning, car spa and detailing packages.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales experience. (Freshers can also apply)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Face-to-face customer engagement in a sales setting.
• Target-driven and comfortable in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach employees and car owners within corporate buildings.
• Explain OWN Garage services, packages, pricing, and benefits.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct on-site promotions and sales activities to increase bookings.
• Coordinate with building management for promotions and engagement.
• Explain service inclusions and booking procedures clearly.
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and repeat sales.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with operations to resolve issues.

OWN Garage is building a network of conveniently located car wash and car spa service centres across corporate buildings and residential communities. Our SPOKE Centres bring professional car care services closer to customers, offering convenient access to car washing, interior cleaning, car spa, and detailing packages.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales within corporate buildings and office campuses by engaging with employees, understanding their car care needs, and selling OWN Garage's car wash and car spa packages.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face selling, comfortable approaching customers, and capable of converting enquiries into paid bookings and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach employees and car owners within designated corporate buildings and office campuses.
• Explain OWN Garage's services, packages, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct on-site promotions, demonstrations, and sales activities to increase awareness and drive bookings..
• Coordinate with building management and facility teams for permitted promotional activities and customer engagement.
• Explain service inclusions, pricing, booking procedures, and applicable terms clearly.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers to drive conversions and repeat sales.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the operations team to resolve service-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales experience. (Freshers can also apply)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, B2C sales, direct sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging customers face-to-face.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, digital booking applications, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site across designated corporate buildings and office campuses.
• Prior experience in automobile services, car care, consumer services, memberships, or subscription sales will be an advantage.
