Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, managing client interactions, and promoting residential and commercial real estate properties through targeted sales and marketing activities. The specialist will conduct property presentations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and support closing transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, assisting with marketing campaigns (online and offline), and providing customer service throughout the property transaction lifecycle. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to support growth strategies.
