Our brands include Subhas Publishing House (K-12 education), Write & Publish (self-publishing), and Edupplies (school supply logistics).

We are expanding our sales team across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and hiring for multiple positions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring at two levels:

• Freshers: If you are a recent graduate with strong communication skills, energy, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
• Experienced (2+ years in publishing): If you have a background in the publishing industry with proven B2B or institutional sales experience, we have a leadership‑track role for you.

What You Will Do

• Visit schools across your territory to introduce our catalog of K-12 textbooks and educational materials.
• Build relationships with school principals, academic heads, and procurement teams.
• Present our range of books covering CBSE, ICSE, and State Board syllabi.
• Follow up on enquiries, process orders, and coordinate timely delivery.
• Represent Subhas Publishing House at education fairs and book exhibitions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Experienced hires will also develop territory strategies, mentor junior reps, and lead client negotiations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
• Proficiency in Kannada (for Karnataka) or Tamil (for Tamil Nadu).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• For experienced candidates: minimum 2 years in the publishing industry, ideally educational publishing.
