You will design territory plans and drive adoption in schools and institutions.

The role demands 3–5 years in publishing or education sales, a strong network with schools and distributors, willingness to travel, and proven leadership to mentor

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and run the territory’s sales and marketing plan for textbooks, reference books and digital products.
• Meet principals, teachers, coordinators and institutional buyers to get titles adopted for the new session.
• Appoint and manage distributors and booksellers, and track orders, returns and collections.
• Organise teacher workshops, sampling drives and book exhibitions in schools.
• Lead and mentor the regional field team and review its weekly performance.
• Report sales, market feedback and competitor activity to head office.
