Kalva Engineers, a two-and-a-half decade old engineering consulting firm, seeks a Business Development Manager for Domestic Staffing to drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will develop new customers, strengthen relationships, and expand our market presence across India, leveraging a NABL-accredited lab and ISO 9000 systems.

The role requires strategic networking, client management, and a proactive approach to grow the domestic staffing portfolio within the Indian market.
