JITO is seeking an Architectural Coordination & Marketing Executive to act as a key link between clients and architects for residential house design projects. The role includes office-based marketing and client acquisition support, with onsite work and mid-level experience preferred.

The candidate will coordinate meetings, collect requirements, share design updates, and track approvals while maintaining project records and assisting in proposals and marketing efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Mid-level experience in architectural coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating between clients and architects.
• Marketing support and client acquisition experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate between architects/designers and clients for house planning and design.
• Schedule client meetings, design discussions, and revisions.
• Collect client requirements and communicate them clearly to the architect.
• Share drawings, layouts, and design updates with clients.
• Track approvals, feedback, and design changes.
• Maintain project-wise records, drawings, and client communication.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Follow up on design timelines and deliverables.
• Support the architect in documentation and coordination.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and client calls.
• Assist in marketing of house design, architectural, and interior services.
• Coordinate social media posts, brochures, and portfolio sharing.
• Support lead generation through local marketing and referrals.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Ensure smooth communication and professional client experience.
• Follow up for approvals, payments, and feedback.
