Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. in Maharashtra seeks an Architectural Design Coordination lead to manage design development from concept to construction documentation.

You will act as the interface between external architects and internal teams, review drawings and faade concepts, and ensure compliance with codes and brand standards.

The role includes coordinating approvals with authorities, supporting site execution, and assisting marketing with design assets and customer-focused modifications.

Competenze

• Experience in architectural design development from concept to construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate with external architects and consultants (MEP, Structural, Faade).
• Knowledge of local codes like UDCPR, NBC and fire norms.
• Experience reviewing drawings and ensuring design intent on site.

Job Description:

- Manage and coordinate architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.

- Act as the single-point interface between external architects, consultants (MEP, Structural, Landscape, Faade), and internal teams

- Review and validate layouts, unit plans, elevations, sections, faade concepts, and material palettes in line with project brief and brand standards.

Statutory & Regulatory Coordination

- Coordinate preparation and review of drawings for local authority approvals (sanctions, fire)

- Ensure compliance with UDCPR, NBC, fire norms, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.

- Support approval follow-ups and respond to authority queries in coordination with consultants.

- Ensure compliance with MCGM,UDCPR,EC, NBC, fire norms, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.

Execution & Site Support

- Support project execution teams with construction-ready drawings, clarifications, and design resolutions.

- Review shop drawings, mock-ups, material samples, and faade details.

- Participate in site reviews, quality audits, and coordination meetings to ensure design intent is maintained on site.

- Resolve design conflicts arising during execution in a timely manner.

Marketing & Sales Support

- Coordinate with marketing teams for brochures, renders, sample flats, walkthroughs, and mock-ups.

- Review marketing collaterals for design accuracy and compliance.

- Support sales teams with design clarifications and customer-centric modifications, where applicable.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct design review meetings and maintain proper documentation, MOMs, and approval records.

- Proactively identify risks related to design, approvals, or execution and escalation appropriately.
