Sales & Design Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Design Coordinator who will be the key point of contact for clients from the initial sales stage until the project is ready to start construction.
This is a client-facing coordination role combining sales, client relationship management, design coordination and pre-construction operations.
You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and our internal teams to ensure that every project moves smoothly towards construction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Coordination
- Qualify and follow up with leads.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings.
- Manage client communication through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations and agreements.
- Support negotiations and project closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the project is confirmed.
2. Client Relationship
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during pre-construction.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate with the right team members.
- Keep clients updated about project progress.
- Track client requirements, decisions and commitments.
- Ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
3. Design Coordination
- Coordinate between clients and architects/designers.
- Schedule design discussions and review meetings.
- Track drawings, revisions and approvals.
- Coordinate structural, MEP, interior and landscape requirements.
- Follow up with design teams to ensure timely completion.
4. Pre-Construction Coordination
Coordinate activities such as:
- Site survey
- Soil testing
- Design
- Approvals
- Working drawings
- BOQ/estimation
- Client approvals
- Agreement and payment milestones
- Site readiness
- Project handover to the execution team
5. Team & Consultant Coordination
- Assign and follow up on tasks with architects, engineers and consultants.
- Coordinate outsourced professionals and agencies.
- Track deadlines and identify delays early.
- Escalate important issues to management.
6. Meetings & Documentation
- Organise client and internal meetings.
- Prepare and circulate MOMs.
- Maintain action trackers.
- Manage project files and documents.
- Maintain proper version control of drawings and documents.
7. ERP & Reporting
- Ensure project information is updated correctly in the ERP/CRM.
- Monitor updates from architects and site teams.
- Check that important client commitments and project updates are recorded.
- Prepare regular status reports for management.
- Identify gaps between actual project status and system records.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- 26 years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, interiors, real estate or project coordination.
- Good understanding of residential construction/design processes is preferred.
- Experience with CRM, ERP or project management software is an advantage.
