Job summary

Kinetic Green Energy And Power Solutions in Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra) seeks a Sales MIS Coordinator & Billing with 3-7 years of experience to manage and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting, billing and order-to-cash processes, and close liaison with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Plant teams.

The role involves maintaining ERP/SAP and MS Excel data, developing MIS dashboards, tracking orders and KPIs, and ensuring accurate documentation for commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in sales MIS, billing or related roles.
• Experience in daily/weekly/monthly MIS reporting.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Prefer automotive/2W/3W or manufacturing exposure.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports for management review.
• Track sales orders, invoicing, billing, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Plant teams to order-to-billing operations.
• Prepare target vs. achievement, dealer/customer-wise sales, dispatch, billing, and pending-order reports.
• Handle end-to-end billing and invoicing activities, including invoice preparation, verification, corrections.
• Maintain accurate sales and billing data in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Monitor pending orders, billing status, dispatches, and other sales KPIs.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
• Analyse sales data and provide insights to Sales team and management.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to sales, billing, and commercial operations.
• Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and other operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of sales operations and commercial processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the Automotive / 2W / 3W / Commercial Vehicle / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
