INDOVIET VOYAGES is an India-based travel company working in close partnership with a leading tourism firm in Vietnam. We specialise in developing strong partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism businesses across India to grow the Vietnam travel market.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role focuses on building and maintaining B2B relationships, promoting Vietnam tour products, and supporting business growth in the Indian market. You will also have opportunities to collaborate closely with our Vietnam-based management team and occasionally travel between India and Vietnam for training, trade events, and market development.

India offices: W/75 C, Anupam Garden, Near Mandir, Saidulajab, Village Neb Sarai, IGNOU, New Delhi 110068

Vietnam offices: Saigon, Hanoi, Saigon, Phu Quoc

(You will work full time in India office)

Salary: INR 30k-32k (based on ability) + 50% commission on profit of successful closed booking = unlimited income

Shift: 11 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat

Responsibilities

• Door‑to‑door sales: travel extensively to meet prospective clients, promote products, and generate leads.
• Produce tour itineraries and holiday packages, set pricing, and handle client negotiations.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of popular tourist destinations in Vietnam.
• Maintain goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests and suppliers/vendors.
• Handle B2B/B2C sales for Vietnam tours packages.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in DMC/B2B travel sales – no fresher candidates.
• Preferred: experience in door‑to‑door or field sales.
• Proficient with personal laptop.
