Baker Tilly in Bengaluru seeks a Sage Intacct Deployment Consultant to deliver standardized implementations for AFS clients. You will configure core financials, perform data migration, and ensure go-live readiness in line with playbooks.

Collaborating with US teams, you will optimize deployment time, maintain documentation, and escalate deviations from standard solutions while supporting third-party integrations like Bill.com, Ramp and Expensify where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of Sage Intacct implementations, deployments, and/or administration.
• Hands-on configuring Sage Intacct financial functionality with a strong understanding of core accounting and financial processes.
• Experience with chart of accounts, classes and locations, users and permissions, bank feeds and rules, recurring transactions, and reporting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct data migration, imports, validation, issue resolution, testing, go-live readiness, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently within defined deployment standards and playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Execute standardized Sage Intacct deployments for new AFS clients, focused on speed, quality, and consistency
• Perform standard Sage Intacct configuration, initial company setup, and data migration aligned with defined playbooks
• Configure financial structures, chart of accounts, classes and locations, users and permissions, bank feeds and rules, recurring transactions, and reporting
• Validate migrated data and configuration, support user testing, resolve deployment issues, and maintain deployment documentation and transition records
• Support the build, maintenance, and enhancement of standardized Sage Intacct industry configurations and reusable solutions
• Incorporate client feedback and operational learnings into standard configurations, deployment methodologies, and playbooks
• Identify opportunities to reduce deployment time, improve quality and consistency, and escalate requirements that deviate from standard solutions
• Support setup and integration of standard third-party tools such as Bill.com, Ramp, and Expensify, where applicable
• Partner with US industry, transition, and leadership teams to align solutions, transition plans, timelines, client expectations, risks, and delivery requirements
• Support delivery teams and ensure complete and accurate handoffs from deployment to ongoing managed services, proactively escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
