Job summary

Entri Jobs in Kerala seeks an experienced accountant who can migrate clients from legacy systems to a verified, working new accounting platform and support US time-zone customers.

You will configure solutions, validate data, and train end users, handling month-end close as needed. This role blends accounting expertise with customer-facing work and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or accounting software/ERP.
• Freshers in CA / ACCA can also apply!
• Hands-on experience in data migration to a new accounting or ERP system.
• Hands-on experience in financial year-end closing.
• Good analytical and communication skills, including with US customers and non-accountants.
• Comfortable in customer-facing work and US time zones.
• Clear documentation, attention to detail and ability to train end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to US accounting practices, GAAP, taxation or payroll.
• Experience with cloud accounting/ERP platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics or Xero.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or SQL.
• CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
