Job summary

Analytix Business Solutions seeks a Sage Intacct Consultant / Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations, configure solutions, manage data migration, provide training, and ensure successful go-live.

Candidates with Sage Intacct experience, ERP consulting, finance process transformation, and experience with GL, AP, AR, reporting, and data migration will be preferred. Remote work is offered, with collaboration across client teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sage Intacct implementations or financial systems support.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with data migration, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Sage Intacct implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Analyze client processes and translate them into Sage Intacct workflows.
• Configure and customize Sage Intacct modules as per business needs.
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and workflow automations.
• Support GL, AP, AR, and month-end close processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sage Intacct Consultant / Implementation Specialist to lead and support end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure solutions, manage data migration, provide training, and ensure successful system adoption and go-live.

Candidates with experience in Sage Intacct implementations, ERP consulting, finance process transformation, accounting operations, and system integrations will be preferred. Similar responsibilities are reflected in profiles and implementation experience related to Sage Intacct projects, including GL, AP, AR, reporting, integrations, training, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Sage Intacct implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into effective Sage Intacct workflows.
• Configure and customize Sage Intacct modules as per business requirements.
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and workflow automations.
• Support and optimize General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end close processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Assist with integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party applications where required.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Sage Intacct implementation, ERP consulting, or financial systems support.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of financial reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple implementation activities in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sage Intacct Certification (Implementation Specialist, Accounting Specialist, or equivalent).
• Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
• Exposure to US accounting processes and finance transformation projects.
• CA, MBA (Finance), B. Com, M. Com, or equivalent qualification.
