About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to maintain and optimize our finance and ERP-adjacent application portfolio. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise to ensure the seamless operation of critical business systems within a global environment.

Application Expertise

• Sage Intacct: General ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, user administration, and integration management.
• Coupa: Procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoice matching, and supplier portal interactions.
• SAP Concur: Expense report management, travel policy configuration, and approval workflows.
• Yooz: Invoice capture, OCR processing, and approval routing.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in reading system logs, error messages, and API response codes.
• Experience with data reconciliation using CSV/Excel.
• Familiarity with API, flat-file, and middleware integration concepts.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity provider concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
