Job summary

MNP Digital seeks a Manager, Sage Intacct in Bengaluru to lead finance transformation and ERP programs for diverse clients. You will guide engagements, mentor teams, and deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance financial operations.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams on project design, data migration, and system optimization while managing budgets, timelines, and risk, and communicating with senior stakeholders to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of consulting, technology, ERP implementation, or enterprise application experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading project teams, client engagements, or consulting workstreams.
• Experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Property Management, Professional Services, or Not-for-Profit sectors is a strong asset.
• CPA designations or accounting/financial management experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance and technology consulting engagements across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership on finance transformation and IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategicfinance and technology consulting engagements for clients across the public,private, and not-for-profit sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor toclient leadership teams, providing guidance on finance transformation,technology strategy, business process optimization, and operationalimprovement.
• Provide advisory services inareas including finance strategy, governance, planning, business alignment,process redesign, solution design, system selection, project management, andfinance systems optimization.
• Lead solution design,configuration, and implementation activities for Sage Intacct and relatedtechnologies, including Microsoft Power BI and third-party applications.
• Develop integrated businesssolutions that address people, process, and technology requirements.
• Design and document businessprocesses and workflows, including:
  • Project and grant management
  • Revenue recognition
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable and accountsreceivable
• Oversee data migrationactivities, including data assessment, cleansing, validation, and loading intoSage Intacct.
• Lead business transformation,operational improvement, organizational effectiveness, performanceoptimization, and risk management initiatives.
• Manage multiple clientengagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, andaligned with client expectations.
• Build and strengthen clientrelationships while identifying opportunities to deliver additional value andservices.
• Manage engagement financialsincluding utilization, budgets, forecasting, work-in-progress, billing,collections, and profitability.
• Gather, analyze, and interpretinformation through research, interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholderengagement sessions.
• Prepare and deliver clientpresentations, reports, recommendations, business cases, and executivesummaries.
• Quickly develop an understandingof client business operations, objectives, strategic priorities, and key risks.
