Job summary

Chola MS Risk Services is seeking a Safety Trainer based in Delhi/ Panipat to lead HSE induction sessions for new hires and contractors. The role requires 7+ years total experience, with at least 2+ years in Oil & Gas, and a BE/ME in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil.

ADIS/PDIS certifications are preferred. You will develop and deliver safety training programs, manage annual training calendars, maintain records, and participate in incident investigations to identify further training needs.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil as educational qualification.
• 3+ years of experience as Safety Trainer, with total 7+ years and 2+ years in Oil & Gas.
• ADIS/PDIS safety certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduce HSE induction training for new employees and contractors.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, videos and practical demonstrations.
• Assess training needs and prepare annual training calendars.
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competence assessments, and certification records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, observations and feedback.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend training enhancements.
• Conduct site safety inspections and behavioural safety observations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and legal requirements.
• Support HSE audits and safety improvement initiatives.
