Job summary

Delta Digitech is seeking an experienced Safety / HSE professional for project-site deployments in power, refinery, and industrial sectors. You will implement HSE standards, monitor site safety, ensure statutory compliance, and foster a safe working environment.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants, or Industrial Projects, with strong PTW/JSA oversight and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 6 years in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants or Industrial Projects.
• Implementing HSE standards and monitoring site safety.
• Promoting a safe working environment and ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at site.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs.
• Monitor activities such as work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and electrical work.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Monitor PTW, JSA and Risk Assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety reports, inspection and training records.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety / HSE professional with 5 to 6 years of experience in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants or Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, monitoring site safety, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at site.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs.
• Monitor critical activities such as work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain safety reports, inspection records, training records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with project, construction and subcontractor teams for safety compliance and closure of observations.
• Support emergency preparedness, mock drills and emergency response activities.
