Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an EHS Training Specialist to manage and deliver induction and structured trainings in EHS topics. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, coaching teams on safety policies, and maintaining training records in a large construction environment, preferably Power Plant projects.

The ideal candidate holds Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety and a BTech, with strong communication and data management skills to support the training plan and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge and experience of working in the large construction industry preferably Power Plant construction.
• Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
• Delivers and facilitates EHS Induction, structured trainings on EHS topics, EHS regulatory training and development programs & initiatives in support of the company’s training plan & objectives.
• Provides coaching, reinforcement of EHS policy and procedures.
• Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
• Maintain accurate and timely training records.
• Possession of excellent analytical and data management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver EHS Induction and structured trainings on EHS topics to various levels across the organization.
• Facilitate regulatory training and development programs aligned with the company’s training plan.
• Coach and reinforce EHS policies and procedures across teams.
• Track training completion and compile statistics for status reporting.
• Maintain accurate and timely training records for compliance.
• Utilize MS Office tools to prepare training materials and reports.
• Demonstrate analytical and data management skills for training effectiveness.
