Job summary

Coreehs is seeking a Safety Training and Compliance Specialist to design and deliver safety programs across PAN India and international sites. You will conduct audits, develop policies, and coach staff on best practices.

The role requires 4–8 years in safety management, NEBOSH/OSHA/ISO 45001 certifications, strong communication, and the ability to lead multi-location projects. Travel and training delivery are core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management, occupational health and safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 certifications or equivalent.
• Proven experience in safety consulting and training roles, preferably multi-location or international.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel Readiness:

• Willingness and availability to travel to customer sites across PAN India and overseas as per project requirements.
• Conduct safety training sessions, audits, handholding, coaching, and other related activities at customer sites.

2. Training Delivery:

• Design, develop, and deliver safety training programs for employees at various levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Deliver Various Safety Training Topics, like Scaffolding Safety, Rigging, Material Handling, Electrical Safety, BBS, etc.

3. Audit and Compliance:

• Conduct thorough safety audits at customer sites to identify potential hazards and compliance issues.
• Provide recommendations and corrective actions to rectify non-compliance.

4. Document Development:

• Create and maintain safety documents, including policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and reports.

5. Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on safety performance, incidents, near-misses, and compliance status.
• Analyse data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

6. Coaching and Handholding:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to employees on safety best practices.
• Offer support to ensure proper implementation of safety measures.

7. Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications and skills:

• Pref. Bachelor's degree in safety management, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001)
• Proven experience in safety consulting and training roles, preferably in a multi-location or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in document development (MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and reporting.
• Preference 4-8 years of experience in safety management within the construction or operation industries,
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
