Job summary

TUV SUD South Asia is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Trainer with a minimum of 10 years in the domain to lead safety training for processing plants in Karnataka. The role requires exposure to industrial environments and the ability to mentor staff up to contractor levels.

Engineers or science graduates with international and domestic safety qualifications are preferred, along with proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain.
• Engineering graduates or Science degree preferred.
• Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards.
• Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety (e.g., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height).
• Language proficiency with Hindi and other regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Good Communication and Mentoring skills with trainees and staff.
• Deliver Health & Safety trainings for processing/manufacturing plant teams.
• Willingness to shift to client location for minimum 12 months.
• Experience training management staff up to contractor level.
• Provide domain-specific solutions and improve safety performance.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good Communication and Mentoring skills
• Have sufficient exposure with Health & Safety trainings in the form of delivering versatile topics which benefits Processing / Manufacturing plant
• Willingness to shift to Client location for a period of minimum 12 months
• Work experience with processing industry / manufacturing plants
• Already experienced in training management staff till contractor level participants
• Domain subject matter export to provide afront solutions
• Good track records with participants and stakeholder feedbacks
• Adopting to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level
• To scale up participants skills / knowledges with good
• Creative to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant
• Passion to transform training mechanism into safety performance of participants whom he/she train

Education and Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain

2. Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree
