Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Group seeks a Safety MIS & Reporting specialist in Delhi to collect safety data from plants, projects and departments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and to prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations. The role ensures accuracy, consistency and completeness of safety data and maintains incident, near-miss and training records.

You will monitor leading and lagging safety KPIs, support safety reviews, track SOP implementation, and coordinate with plant safety

Job description

• Safety MIS & Reporting
• Collect safety data from plants, projects and departments on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare safety MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of safety data
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, audits and trainings

• 2. KPI Monitoring & Analysis
• Track leading and lagging safety KPIs against defined targets
• Analyze trends, gaps and deviations in safety performance
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual safety review meetings
• Escalate delays or non-compliances to Safety Leadership

• 3. SOPs, Standards & Compliance Monitoring
• Monitor implementation status of safety SOPs, standards and Life Saving Rules
• Track compliance and non-compliance across locations
• Support document control, version control and distribution
• Assist in rollout tracking of new or revised safety procedures

• 4. Action Tracking & Execution Support
• Track closure of audit findings, incident investigations and inspection observations
• Follow up with sites and responsible persons for timely closure
• Prepare action status reports and escalation summaries
• Ensure proper documentation and evidence maintenance

• 5. Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with plant safety teams, corporate functions and projects
• Support scheduling of safety meetings, audits and reviews
• Assist in compiling reports and presentations for senior management
