Job summary

Responsibilities

Safety Supervisor Interior Fit-Out Projects

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 3-7 Years

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor with experience in construction/interior fit-out projects to ensure safe site operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site safety inspections.
• Ensure PPE compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor work-at-height, electrical, hot-work and other high-risk activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe material storage.
• Maintain safety checklists, registers and inspection reports.
• Monitor subcontractor and worker safety compliance.
• Handle fire-safety and emergency arrangements.
• Report and investigate accidents/incidents.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Supervisors.

Requirements:

• Safety Diploma / IOSH / NEBOSH preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PPE, work-at-height, fire and construction safety.
• Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Interior / Construction Projects preferred.
• Good communication and site-control skills.
