Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate safety activities across 20+ EPC/turnkey projects.

• Ensure PTW, LOTO, Work at Height, Electrical Safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain safety documentation, daily/weekly/monthly safety reports and dashboards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Manager / Safety Coordinator to manage and coordinate safety activities across multiple Electrical EPC / Turnkey Projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating a large team of 20-50 Safety Officers, monitoring safety compliance across 20+ ongoing projects simultaneously, ensuring proper documentation, implementing safety procedures, and coordinating with project/site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electrical construction/EPC projects, excellent coordination and documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and safety teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management & Coordination: Manage and coordinate safety activities across 20+ electrical EPC/turnkey projects simultaneously. Lead, guide, and coordinate a team of 20-50 Safety Officers deployed across various project sites.
• Ensure effective implementation of company HSE/Safety policies, procedures, and standards at all project locations.
• Conduct regular reviews with Safety Officers and monitor site-level safety performance. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Safety Officers to resolve safety-related issues.
• Site Safety Monitoring: Monitor safety performance of multiple sites through regular reporting, inspections, audits, and reviews. Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Work at Height, Electrical Safety, LOTO, Hot Work, Excavation, Lifting & Rigging, and other relevant safety procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Strong focus on safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records. Review and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports received from project sites. Prepare consolidated safety performance reports for management and the Safety Head. Prepare MIS reports and safety dashboards for multiple projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Electrical EPC / Electrical Turnkey Project Safety.
• Experience managing safety across multiple project sites.
• Proven experience coordinating 20-50 Safety Officers.
• Ability to manage and monitor 20+ projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, JSA/JHA, PTW, and incident investigation.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction hazards and control measures.
• Ability to analyze safety reports and identify recurring safety issues.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and safety MIS/reporting systems.

Experience Required

• 8+ years of overall Safety experience
• Candidates with strong experience in Electrical EPC, Electrical Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, or Turnkey Projects preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and a large safety team is mandatory/preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant engineering discipline.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / PG Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent safety qualification will be preferred.
• Relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a strong safety leader with excellent coordination and documentation skills, capable of managing a large safety team and monitoring multiple electrical EPC projects simultaneously. Local candidates are preferred.
