Job summary

You will lead audits, incident investigations, and safety trainings, ensuring a strong safety culture across operations and delivering KPI-driven safety reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS experience in chemical plants handling solvents and hazardous chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems, RCA and CAPA.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret SDS and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement safety policies and emergency protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001 and regulatory norms; perform audits and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and root cause analysis.
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks and awareness sessions on PPE and fire safety.
• Monitor daily operations, track safety KPIs and report to management.
