Job summary

MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Safety Executive for our manufacturing unit. The role drives workplace safety initiatives, ensures statutory compliance, and fosters a strong safety culture across plant operations.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents, and monitoring PTW systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years in manufacturing, strong EHS knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Act compliance and EHS practices.
• Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with employees and contractors to drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the plant.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor PTW systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry and LOTO.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
• Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE across all areas.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.
• Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and monthly reports.
• Track and close safety observations and audit findings in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.

• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry and LOTO activities.

• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
