Job summary

Titan Company Limited seeks an experienced EHS professional to strengthen safety management practices across operations in India. You will drive risk assessments, oversee incidents and audits, and develop training programs to elevate EHS awareness among personnel.

Responsibilities include data-driven reporting, compliance with ISO 14001/45001, and collaboration with contractors to ensure site safety. 4–6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing safety management programs and OHS risk assessments.
• Fluent in conducting audits (internal and statutory) and driving safety initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards for OHSMS improvement.
• Ability to collect, interpret and present data for management reporting.
• Experience in training personnel on EHS topics and E-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement Safety Management programs and coordinate OHS activities.
• Carry out OHS risk assessments and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in EHS audits and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver training modules on EHS topics.
• Monitor, measure and report OHS performance using appropriate tools.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage contractor safety.

Job Requirements

1.Responsible for implementing the Safety Management programs.

2.Carrying out OHS Risk assessment and initiating corrective & preventive measures

3.Should have a thorough knowledge & hands on exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards for sustaining and improving the OHS management system in place.

4.Hands on exposure to Accident and incident investigation and analysis - recording, reporting. investigation, corrective measures and analysis of trends

5.Identifying, conceptualizing, and implementing improvements related to OHS

6.Hands on experience of Monitoring & measurement of OHS performance

7.Developing training modules. E-learning tools and Training of personnel in EHS topics

8.Hands on experience of 5s, Hazard identification and Risk assessment and minimization measures is essential

9.Knowledge of statutory and legal requirements related to OHS is essential

10.Hands on experience on safety committee, Permit to work, safety competitions, PPE’S, Handling of contractors, Handling of vendors, Construction site safety are desirable

11.Should have carried out EHS audits, Internal audits and fluent in communication with employees

12.Should be conversant with data compilation, interpretation, analysis, presentation and management reporting

Work Experience

Experience :4-6 years

• Working experience in ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards.
• Should have exposure to industrial safety Audits
• Should have expertise in training personnel and driving Safety initiatives
• Should have knowledge of legal & otherrequirements related to EHS
