Job summary

CLR Facility Services in Delhi is seeking an HSE professional to develop and implement health, safety, and environment policies. The role requires conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.

You will lead safety training, manage PPE, and maintain records and permits. You will coordinate emergency drills, liaise with regulators and clients, and compile safety reports with key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits.
3. Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
5. Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
6. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss occurrences and prepare detailed reports.
7. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety practices.
8. Maintain safety records, permits, certifications, and compliance documents.
9. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and evacuation exercises.
10. Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and management on safety-related matters.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and present safety performance metrics.
12. Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
